Florence Film Awards is pleased to announce that the first Annual Awards Ceremony and Red Carpet, will be held in the heart of Florence, in one of the oldest and most prestigious theaters of Italy: The Odeon Cinema.
Opened in 1922, Odeon Cinema Firenze is located inside the Palazzo dello Strozzino, a masterpiece of the Florentine Renaissance.
The theater has hosted famous international artists.

Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong.
Isabelle Adjani, Angelica Huston, Drew Barrymore, Kate Winslet, Sabine Azéma, Kenneth Branagh, Ralph Fiennes, Helena Bonham Carter, Peter Greenaway, James Ivory and many others.

During the annual event of Florence Film Awards you will enjoy the awards ceremony, winners trailers screenings and some selected winner short films. And you'll have the opportunity to meet other actors, writers, filmmakers and producers from around the world. Not only an awards ceremony but also a very exclusive networking event.
Roberta Mastromichele is an actress, dancer, choreographer and artistic director of concerts, TV shows and events. She lives between Rome and New York. She started working in 1998 as an assistant of choreography of the well-known art director Luca Tommassini, participating in video clips and TOURS of the greatest Italian and international pop stars such as: Pavarotti, Robbie Williams, Ricky Martin, Kylie Minogue, Geri Halliwell, Pharrel Williams, Snoop Dog, Usher, Claudio Baglioni, Giorgia. In 2008 she was one of the main dancers of the cast of the Hollywood movie "NINE" directed by Rob Marshall, where she performed aside of stars like Nicole Kidman, Penelope Cruz and Daniel Day Lewis. In 2010 she worked as a dancer and as an assistant- choreographer, preparing Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp for the dance scene in the movie "The Tourist" directed by the Oscar-winner: Florian Henkel Vondonnesmark. She works as an actress in theatre from 10 years now.

In the same category (or categories) where you won a monthly award. In exceptional cases, for specific merits of the films, the Jury could also reward a film in a category in which it did not participate.

Tell me more about the interview for VIP tickets holders.
Interviews will take place on the red carpet or inside an Odeon’s room. It will be approximately 1 minute. In english or Italian. The interviews will be posted on the festival website. Each filmmaker can request the file of his interview.
